Alexander Rhodes OBE
Alex is a lawyer, conservationist, and advocate for change. His work is driven by a recognition that a healthier relationship between our economic and social systems and natural systems on which they depend is both possible and necessary. He advises clients on governance, policy, risk and reputation, with particular expertise in complex disputes, business and human rights, and biodiversity. He also litigates on behalf of parties seeking to hold to account those who cause harm to people, the climate, and the environment. He serves as Chair of Tusk and was a founding trustee and CEO of the Elephant Protection Initiative. He lives in the English countryside with his wife, Katherine, and their two young daughters.
