Alistair Sinclair
Alistair is 60 years old and has been in nature conservation for over 40 years now. He started his career with the then Natal Parks Board until moving over to the private sector. He worked with crocodiles for many years, which he truly enjoyed. He has a deep passion for our natural environment and is saddened by it’s rapid decline, especially over the past two decades. He is very passionate about environmental education and the need to mentor university students so as to impart practical knowledge onto the future leaders in this field. He has just returned to South Africa after spending six years in Zimbabwe, five of which he spent as the conservator of a large conservancy. He started at VulPro on the 1st of December, 2023. He is petrified of heights.
