Dickson Njunge

Dickson Njunge is an organizational development and conservation practitioner with over a decade of experience leading and facilitating strategy, governance, and institutional strengthening processes for community-based and landscape-level conservation organizations across East Africa. He currently serves as Portfolio Manager, East Africa at Maliasili, where he designs and facilitates tailored organizational development processes that strengthen conservation leadership, institutions, and impact. Dickson brings extensive facilitation and leadership experience, having led multi-stakeholder processes involving community institutions, conservancies, civil society, boards, and government agencies. He has held senior public leadership and management roles in natural resource governance. His work sits at the intersection of conservation, organizational development, and systems change.
