Agenda 2022

The focus for our third symposium is how we can build resilience is conservation. We will look at how the pandemic has affected all our work, what opportunities it has presented through disrupting the status quo, and how we can rebuild better and ‘future-proof’ our work.

A series of workshops, training sessions and spotlight presentations will engender direct and peer-to-peer learning, with each workshop linked to the others. These include:

  • Strategic Collaboration
  • Leading Resilient Organisations
  • Communicating for Impact
  • Diversifying and strengthening Funding
  • Creating opportunity from crisis

A day will be spent in the field with some influential African conservation leaders, and most importantly there will be lots of opportunity to network with our other project partners and have fun!
